Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work across Primary in a school in Selly Oak. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident supporting pupils at different stages of their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Support class teachers in delivering lessons across multiple year groups
* Assist with the planning and delivery of activities that align with the national curriculum
* Provide one-to-one and group support to ensure all pupils can access learning
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
* Help with classroom preparation, assessment, and pupil progress tracking
Required Experience
* Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
* A sound understanding of the national curriculum
* Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach
* A passion for helping children learn and grow in a supportive environment
