Responsibilities
* Lead and execute maintenance tasks to keep production flowing smoothly.
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on extrusion, injection and stretch blow moulding equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimise downtime.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safety, hygiene and quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and other departments for seamless operations.
* Carry out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of UK‑based Maintenance Engineering experience.
* Strong knowledge of blow moulding machinery preferred.
* Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Solid understanding of health & safety and environmental standards.
* A proactive problem‑solver with a team‑first attitude.
* Right to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available.

Job Overview
As a Maintenance Engineer you will maintain the reliability and performance of automated equipment. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance and minimising downtime.

* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a range of automated equipment.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical faults.

Qualifications
