Fire & Building Safety Surveyor needed in Barking The rate is £30.48ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 1516-1 The successful candidate will oversee fire risk assessment works for properties managed. Their expertise will contribute to maintaining a detailed database of properties and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Conduct detailed fire and building safety surveys for managed properties. Provide expert advice on fire safety compliance and the physical condition of existing and potential properties. Investigate building defects with a focus on fire safety and propose effective resolutions Prepare reports and deliver technical advice and training for non-technical staff Manage designated fire risk assessment tasks and ensure timely completion Liaise with fire authorities to address deficiencies and ensure compliance with legislative standards Maintain high standards of customer care and communication with stakeholders.
