Our client, a highly successful and forward-thinking estate agency, is expanding and looking for a motivated Valuer to increase their presence just South of Colchester.
The successful Valuer will be offered:
1. Up to £27,500 Basic
2. £60,000- £65,000 OTE (Uncapped)

To be considered for the Valuer role, you must have the following:
9. Highly experienced within property sales
10. Be motivated and driven
11. Good knowledge of the local area
12. Great communication skills both written and verbal
13. Excellent customer service skills
14. A full and clean UK driving license
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
15. Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
16. Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
17. Engage and support customers throughout their journey
18. Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
19. Similar to a self-employed role but under full employment
