Robert Half is in sought of an experienced Management Accountant to support our clients the finance team with the integration of a newly acquired business. This short term role focuses on consolidating financial information, aligning reporting, and supporting the smooth transition into group systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and consolidate management accounts during the integration period.
* Align reporting formats, accounting policies, and data structures between businesses.
* Support financial data migration and system setup.
* Group reporting
Requirements:
* Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Previous experience in acquisition or merger integration.
* Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
* Good attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
