Our Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes are at the heart of what we do. They build strength, mobility and control, while giving clients that unmistakable post session lift that keeps them coming back.
We’re now inviting passionate coaches to join us at Ten Health & Fitness through our upcoming Open Call sessions at our King’s Cross studio.
If you’re interested in teaching Dynamic Reformer Pilates and being part of a team known for its expertise in movement and mobility, we’d love to meet you.
We are currently recruiting for full time, part time, and freelance instructor roles across multiple Ten studios in London, including:
• Chiswick
• St James’s
• City
• Notting Hill Gate
• Notting Hill
• Fitzrovia
This Open Call is an opportunity to meet coaches who are interested in teaching across one or more of these locations.
Open Call Dates
Our Open Call sessions will take place every Friday at our King’s Cross studio at1 Lewis Cubitt Walk, London N1C 4DL, starting:
* Friday 13 March - 1 pm to 3:30 pm
* Friday 20 March- 9 am to 12:00 pm
* Friday 27 March-1 pm-4 pm
* Friday 10 April -1 pm-4 pm
Each candidate will be scheduled for a 45-minute interview slot.
As part of the process, we’ll also ask you to lead a short 15-minute class or exercise sequence. This allows us to see how you coach movement and interact with clients, while helping us move efficiently through the candidates on the day.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for coaches who:
* Hold a Level 3 fitness qualification
* Have a genuine interest in Pilates and movement quality
* Enjoy coaching people and creating a supportive, motivating class environment
* Want to develop their career within a team known for deep expertise in movement and health
Experience teaching Reformer Pilates is welcome, but passion for coaching and a commitment to learning are just as important.
