Location: London / Hybrid (typically 2–3 days per week in the office)

Purpose of the Role
* Accountable for the end-to-end delivery (time, cost, and quality) of significant projects in line with the organisation’s delivery framework
* Manage projects from early concept through to closure, including contributing to early-stage business cases where required
* Within larger programmes, take responsibility for defined workstreams or delivery phases
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Manage assigned project resources for the duration of the engagement
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage business projects and programmes as assigned
* Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to handover and closure
* Chair and facilitate project meetings
* Track progress and produce accurate reporting, including monthly status updates and steering committee materials
* Develop and maintain core project documentation (e.g. plans, RAID logs, change control)
* Provide project management expertise to support business leads on major initiatives
* Ensure appropriate governance is in place and that standard tools and processes are consistently applied
* Engage internal and external stakeholders at the right stages to leverage expertise
* Deliver projects within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards
* Build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
* Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies to support benefits realisation
* Manage financial and people resources effectively
* Adhere to company policies and best practice, particularly around information security and data protection
