We are seeking an inspiring, ambitious and values-driven Deputy Headteacher to support the new headteacher in helping to shape the future of our school and make a lasting impact on the lives of our children. Ashbury Meadow Primary School is a vibrant, forward-thinking school within a very supportive community. We are embarking on a new stage of school improvement and have committed staff who want to develop in order to provide the best educational experiences for every child, and we are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who can support the school to achieve this. About the Candidate The successful candidate will be a highly effective practitioner and leader with a proven track record of securing outstanding outcomes for all pupils. You will be passionate about teaching and learning, committed to inclusion and equity, and motivated by the opportunity to influence strategic direction and school improvement. We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who: has exceptional knowledge and understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design has a strong track record of securing excellent pupil outcomes demonstrates strong leadership in a range of school responsibilities is able to use data and a range of information to support strategic planning actively contributes to the professional growth and development of staff leads by example and has a track record of being able to exemplify and model high standards of teaching and learning shows clear leadership ambition and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic learning environment This role offers you the opportunity to: play a key role in shaping the the development and improvement of Ashbury Meadow Primary School develop further as a strategic leader within a supportive and ambitious school work with enthusiastic, motivated children who bring joy to the classroom and school life join a motivated and professional staff team with shared values and aspirations access high-quality professional development and networking opportunities If you are an inspirational leader with the drive to make a real difference, we would welcome your application.
