Youth Mental Health Worker - Wokingham
ASAP Start - Full-Time Role. A progressive and inclusive SEN and SEMH school in Wokingham is seeking a Youth Mental Health Worker to support pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of mental health and special educational needs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for those looking to build a meaningful career in psychology, therapy, education, or social care.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupils\' emotional wellbeing and mental health.
* Support emotional regulation and help create a calm and supportive learning environment.
* Assist with behaviour management and work closely with therapists and SEN staff.

* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Age Group: Children and young people aged 3 to 19
Qualifications / Ideal Background
* Ideal for Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, or Education graduates OR those passionate about children\'s mental health.
* Interest in working with students with Autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges.
