Summary:
Our client is a leading international logistics provider, offering integrated solutions across freight forwarding, supply chain management and value-added services. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to join their UK Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market and customer research to identify new business opportunities
2. Identify, target and qualify potential customers, including financial credit checks
3. Make targeted outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads
4. Support Business Development Sales Managers and Executives with administration and data analysis
5. Maintain accurate and up to date records in Dynamics CRM (training provided)
6. Assist with the creation and maintenance of customer sales materials
7. Produce and support monthly Commercial management reports (training provided)
8. Analyse sales and customer data to support growth initiatives
9. Support BD campaigns and commercial initiatives
10. Build effective working relationships with internal teams including Operations, Finance and Product
