Role: Private Client Solicitor Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 Location: Barnsley Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities. Enhance and expand the firm's Wills, Trusts, and Probate offering within the department. Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and trust matters independently. Consistently achieve KPIs and targets while aligning with the commercial objectives of the firm. Produce fee income in line with established targets and objectives. Stay up-to-date with changes in law and practice within your area of expertise. Maintain and enhance legal skills to ensure best practice and high-quality service delivery. Exercise financial control, including cash flow management, billing procedures, and collection of monies on account. Perform fee-earning work accurately and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures. Flexibility to take on additional duties as required by the firm, which may include supporting other offices or client locations.
