Administration Assistant - Maghera We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join a leading structural steel design and installation business in Maghera. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. About the role: £30,000 per annum Monday to Thursday (9:00am 3pm), Friday (9.00am - 1.00pm) Opportunity to develop within a well-established and growing structural steel business. Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role: Input accounts payable invoices onto the system accurately and efficiently. Order products and materials to support ongoing operations and site requirements. Book hotels and accommodation for work crews as required. Manage plant hire arrangements for multiple sites, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Provide general administrative support across the office, maintaining accurate records and files. Support management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. What you'll need for this role: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
