Inverclyde Royal Hospital, Greenock, has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Band 5 registered nurse in the Ophthalmology outpatient department. The successful candidate will work as part of the Ophthalmology team, responsible for assessing, delivering, and supervising all care needs within the outpatient/day bed setting. The role involves collaboration with nursing and medical teams in a busy clinical environment. The candidate is expected to provide high-quality, evidence-based care by utilizing clinical skills to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Flexibility, forward-thinking, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, along with evidence of ongoing professional development, are required.
