Role Overview
We seek an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our team and make a significant impact. If you thrive on building a positive, motivated, and inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and driven, this could be your perfect opportunity.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s growth and success by providing training, mentorship, and ensuring exceptional service and hospitality for our guests. Our restaurant serves over 2,000 guests weekly, with a team of 40 staff including junior managers, headwaiters, waiters, and food runners.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front, demonstrating what excellent service looks like.
* Be hands-on and involved in all aspects of daily operations, from welcoming guests to ensuring smooth dining experiences.
* Build a team culture centered on passion, dedication, and shared goals.
* Balance team and guest needs while maintaining uncompromising standards.
Requirements
Experience managing teams and restaurants of a similar scale is essential.
