Rate: Up tp £45/hour - Umbrella

Our client seeks a skilled Production Specialist for contract work building helicopter rotor trackers, aircraft cables, and engine monitoring units at their Chandlers Ford facility. Focus: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hand soldering, crimping, PCB assembly per specs/drawings
2. Test/inspect products to BoM standards
3. Fault finding, rework/repair on PCBs
4. Goods inspection, continuous improvement input
5. Team collaboration and efficient operations
Essential Skills (2+ years):
6. Electro-mechanical assembly (soldering, wiring, crimping)
7. Read schematics, wire diagrams, BoMs
8. Identify electronic components (resistors etc)
9. ESD procedures, basic PC skills (Word, Teams etc)
10. Excellent manual dexterity
Desirable: IPC610/620 certs, conformal coating, PCB repair, NVQ L3 Electrical Eng, QC experience
