About the role:
As a HR Business Partner at JCB, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across a complex, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset and work closely with senior leaders and managers to ensure people strategies are recognised and aligned with business objectives.
What does this role involve day to day?
1. Partnering with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and challenge when needed.
2. Leading and supporting initiatives in organisation design, talent management, succession planning, performance, and wellbeing.
3. Using HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
4. Supporting the delivery of leadership development and change management programmes.
5. Managing complex employee relations issues and supporting operational HR activity across a multi-site structure.
6. Acting as the link between the business and the wider HR function to shape effective policies and people practices.
7. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and embedding the company’s values across all people activity.
This will be suited to you if…
8. You have experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, fast-paced organisation.
9. You’ve led on change programmes and developed leadership capability in complex environments.
10. You have a strong understanding of employee relations, organisational development, and performance management.
11. You’re proactive, commercially minded, and skilled at balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
12. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
