As a Senior Mechanical Coordinator, you will take the lead in coordinating mechanical systems across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Operating from the office in Co Down, you’ll travel regularly to live sites, working closely with main contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams to make sure design and installation standards are not only met but exceeded.

Senior Mechanical Coordinator Skills:
* Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
* Strong background in mechanical coordination on residential and/or commercial builds.
* Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) and relevant industry standards.
* Proficient in interpreting drawings and technical documents.
* Comfortable using design/coordination software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, or similar).
* Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Flexible and willing to travel regularly to project sites.
As a Senior Mechanical Coordinator:
* Coordinate all aspects of mechanical systems from design through to installation and handover.
* Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements.
* Carry out site visits to monitor progress and provide technical input.
* Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively on site.
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to maintain smooth communication and collaboration.
* Ensure seamless integration with other disciplines (structural, electrical, architectural).
* Support testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure systems meet performance targets.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least £55,000 plus package.
