Are you an experienced Senior Housing Officer looking for the opportunity to progress into a leadership role? Perhaps you’re already managing complex tenancy issues, mentoring colleagues, leading projects, handling escalated complaints, or supporting management with service delivery. We’re working with a respected Housing Association in the Highlands to recruit a Housing Management Operations Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organisation where you’ll play a key role in shaping services, leading a team, and making a genuine difference to tenants and communities.


The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation & Housing Management, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership and delivery of housing management services.

You’ll oversee key service areas including:

* Tenancy Management
* Allocations
* Estate Management
* Income Management
* Tenancy Sustainment
* Tenant Engagement
* Anti‑Social Behaviour Management
* Customer Service and Complaints

This role offers the perfect blend of operational leadership and strategic involvement, giving you the opportunity to influence service improvements while remaining connected to frontline housing delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with experienced housing professionals who have a strong background within social housing or housing association environments; experience managing complex tenancy and housing management issues; excellent knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory requirements; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience supporting, mentoring or leading teams; a passion for delivering excellent customer‑focused housing services. Previous management experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in ambitious Senior Housing Officers who are ready to take the next step into a leadership position.


Location

Fort William. Hybrid working available.
