Role Overview
As the QA Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the QA S upport T eam, EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plans, while fostering a strong Food Safety & Quality Culture within the Operations Supply Chain. You will act as a champion for quality, building robust systems that meet legislative, regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements to ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the QA support team, promoting Quality & Food Safety Culture across the Operations Supply Chain
* Maintain and improve EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plan documents and approvals
* Drive document product release on time in full
* Assist in QER and CAPA closure
* Conduct Internal Audits
* Support the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement journey
* Contribute to project forums, ensuring Food Safety & Quality compliance
* Utili s e communication skills to support understanding and adherence to compliance
What you will bring
* Experience of Managing a HACCP Plan within a food environment
* Knowledge of food or medicated product regulations governing the manufacture and distribution of final product
* Experience in Quality Assurance
* Experience in managing and leading a team
* Experience in internal auditing
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & interpersonal), the ability to foresee and communicate issues to enable swift resolution
* A collaborative working style with the ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
* Flexibility and open-mindedness - enjoying ambiguity and change
* MS office applications
