About The Role As a Garden Centre Assistant Manager, you will oversee the indoor retail departments, working in partnership with the Garden Centre Manager and Plant Area Manager. You'll support the day-to-day running of the site through duty management responsibilities, contributing to strong sales performance, effective cost control, and consistently high standards across the centre. This is a hands-on role where you'll set the tone on the shop floor, inspire and support your teams, and ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming and high-quality shopping experience.
