To carry out administrative duties for Customers.

Administration Manager.
This is a maternity cover role for 1 year, with the possibility of becoming permanent after the contract is fulfilled. The start date is expected at the end of May or start of June 2025. The salary is £27,000, with working hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, fully office-based.
Main Tasks of Job
* Set up customer accounts on third-party systems/portals to ensure timely access to Customer data.
* Set up customer physical meters on the system.
* Acquire utility data (e.g., HH Data, ECOES, Calorific Values), invoices, and credits from third parties.
* Enter utility data, invoices, and credits into the system.
* Audit utility invoices and credits for approval to be paid by customers.
* Prepare utility data for upload onto the system.
* Prepare and update invoice and audit reports as required.
* Appoint meter Data Aggregators and Data Collectors as needed.
* Manage records of monthly contract termination requests to relevant suppliers.
* Prepare evidence packs for site closures.
* Generate ad hoc reports as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and complete customer records, both electronically and physically.
* Create and update methods of work/procedures for all tasks.
* Communicate updates in methods of work to relevant internal parties.
