📌 *Office Manager – Ground Operations | Heathrow (Terminal 4 HQ)*
Location: Heathrow Airport – Terminal 4 (Head Office)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours/week (including occasional early/evening shifts)

*Role Overview*
As our Office Manager, you’ll support the Terminal 4 management team in delivering efficient, compliant, and professional back-office operations across finance, administration, and facilities.
*Key Responsibilities*
\t•\tOversee comprehensive office operations: travel arrangements, POs, meeting coordination, document production, and stock management
\t•\tManage uniforms, PPE, and logistics to support ramp and passenger services teams
\t•\tMaintain attendance and time‑tracking systems; monitor labour costs and report metrics weekly
\t•\tAdminister office facilities: maintenance requests, vending, stationery, first aid, etc.
\t•\tEnsure regulatory compliance (Health & Safety, HAL) and adherence to internal policies
\t•\tOrganise and minute operational meetings; coordinate with airlines, third-party providers, and internal departments
\t•\tAct as HR/Finance liaison: process purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursements
\t•\tMonitor office environment; resolve issues with HVAC, equipment, furniture as necessary
\t•\tPromote company values: integrity, safety, collaboration, quality of service
*Essential Experience & Skills*
\t•\tProven administrative or office management experience (ideally in aviation/ground operations)
\t•\tStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office and office systems
\t•\tExperience with procurement processes, purchase orders, invoicing
\t•\tExceptional organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
\t•\tExcellent communication – verbal, written, and minute-taking skills
\t•\tAbility to work autonomously and under pressure
*Desirable*
\t•\tUnderstanding of airport and security procedures
\t•\tPrior exposure to HR / finance systems
\t•\tExperience supporting operational teams in a high-pressure environment
