The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our £100m+ turnover business. This position is for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, client relationships, and project delivery.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in winning and delivering complex, turnkey fit out projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial concept through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth and secure major turnkey project wins.
· Promote and differentiate our turnkey offering through confident, consultative client engagement.
· Lead multi-disciplinary pitch teams and negotiate commercially robust agreements that protect margins.
· Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
· Lead client meetings, capture clear design, build, and furniture briefs, and manage expectations through regular communication.
· Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across Pre-Construction, Design, and Project Management.
· Monitor KPIs including quotations, orders, invoiced value, gross profit, and conversion rates to ensure strong commercial performance.
· Uphold company values and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across all teams.
Skills & Experience:
· Significant experience working for a Turnkey fit out contractor.
· Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
· Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and protecting GP%.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· A history of building and sustaining successful, long-term client relationships.
