About The Role

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

EKFB are looking for an Environment Technical Administrator to join the route wide team.

In this role you can expect to work with the Environmental Delivery Team to provide administration and documentation support to the route wide team. This position will provide support to the logistics teams within the projects with providing guidance on waste queries as well as assist with filing and uploading documentation relating to waste duty of care checks, ensuring compliance with HS2 and legal requirements.

The role will also require you to collaborate with the wider EKFB environmental team to ensure that Document Control protocols are adhered to, escalate any issues in respect of overdue/outstanding documentation or actions with relevant parties, and provide logistical support with monthly meetings and CPD sessions.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance will be required (to be undertaken as part of onboarding process)
