Benefits Company vehicle and equipment provided Pension Progression opportunities Bonus / commission structure In this role you will Manage and schedule service and installation engineers Coordinate breakdowns, callouts and planned maintenance visits Oversee job workflow from booking through to completion Ensure jobs are correctly logged, updated and invoiced Manage service contracts and recurring maintenance visits Support quoting for service and repair works Liaise with customers regarding job status and scheduling Monitor engineer productivity and job progress Assisting with stock coordination for service parts Helping drive growth and new opportunities You will need Experience in a similar role Scheduling engineers or technicians Customer coordination and job management Confident communicating with engineers and customers Team leadership experience desirable Skills: engineering sales operations management
