Head of Marketing
Marketing / London
Work where work matters.
We are a global technology group built for what's next, offering high calibre professionals the platform for high stakes work, the kind of work that defines an entire career. When you join us, you're not just taking on projects, you're solving problems that don't even have answers yet.
You will join an exclusive roster of talent that global leaders, including Google, Snap, Diageo, PayPal, and Jaguar Land Rover call when deadlines seem impossible, when others have already tried and failed, and when the solution absolutely has to work.
Forget routine consultancy. You will operate where technology, design, and human behaviour meet to deliver tangible outcomes, fast. This is work that leaves a mark, work you’ll be proud to tell your friends about.
As the Head of Marketing at Qodea, you will be the primary architect of our brand narrative and growth engine across the European market. Qodea isn't just a service provider; we are the engine of digital transformation for some of the world’s most ambitious enterprises. In this role, you will lead the "1+1=3" strategy-leveraging our elite status as a Google Cloud Premier Partner to create co-marketing initiatives that drive massive pipeline growth. You will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from high-level brand positioning to the granular execution of demand-gen campaigns powered by AI.
We look for people who embody:
Innovation to solve the hardest problems.
Accountability for every result.
Integrity always.

Event Operations & Logistics
* End-to-End Event Management: Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation of trade shows and bespoke events. This includes everything from booth setup and vendor management to prospect check-ins.

* Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team (Content, Events, Digital, and Product Marketing) while embodying the Qodea ethos of accountability and innovation.
As a Qodea leader, you are expected to embody our leadership ethos. This involves supportive people management, shaping team direction, driving strategic team decisions, and actively championing our culture of innovation, accountability, and integrity to enhance the employee experience and ensure team success.
Essential Experience:
* B2B Leadership: Significant marketing experience, specifically in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services sector.
* Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program and the ability to navigate a large partner ecosystem.

* Commercial Acumen: You treat the marketing budget as an investment portfolio, with a sharp focus on CAC, LTV, and ROI.
