Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swindon for an Assistant Lettings Manager. The Assistant Lettings Manager will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, manage landlord and tenant relations, assist with property management activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing efforts, conducting property viewings, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge in Lettings and Property Management
* Strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant Matters
* Familiarity with the work of Estate Agents and related practices
* Exceptional Customer Service skills, including communication and problem-solving
* Proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
* Knowledge of housing laws and regulations is a plus
* Previous experience in the real estate industry or similar fields
* Proficiency in relevant administrative and software tools
