We are currently looking for a
Incident Manager
profile with around 3 years of experience to collaborate on a project with a multinational company in the energy sector, working
on-site in Glasgow
.
What do we expect from you?
* Technical School Degree (medium) o Technical degree (medium)
* At least 3 years of experience in technical areas, platforms, tools and language of their technological perimeter
What will your tasks be?
* The incident management function plays a role in managing and coordinating response efforts to both critical and non-critical incidents
* Differentiated in terms of knowledge for each technological perimeter, providing support and execution of service tasks
* The main tasks of the Incident Management perimeter are:
* Non-Critical Incident Management: experienced in managing any Non-Critial Incident independently, but with the ability to seek guidance from the Internal Operation Managers when necessary
* Critical Incident Management: assist Internal Operation Managers on Critical Incidents. The responsability for driving these incidents sits with the Internal Operation Managers but are supported by Incident Managers
* Recurrent Incident Management: responsible to identify recurring incidents, investigate, follow up, and establish root cause and resolution. Recurring incidents should be reported to and managed in conjunction with the Problem Management team
* Knowledge Management: Incident Managers will be responsible for the maintenance of an Incident Management Knowledge Database
* Known Error registry: the incident managers will colaborate with the problem management and internal operation managers to create Known Errors records using recorded data from previously managed incidents
* Reporting: incident managers will create set reports with varying frequency: morning sunrise report detailing any incidents being tracked, along with Root Cause Analysis; and provide Draft Critical Incident Reports
