Sales Support Specialist E‑commerce
HG is strengthening its e‑commerce organisation and is looking for a Sales Support Specialist E‑commerce to support the smooth and accurate execution of online sales activities across international platforms.
In this role, you are the operational backbone of the e‑commerce team. As Sales Support Specialist E‑commerce, you ensure that product data, listings, promotions and orders are processed correctly and on time. Your work directly supports our commercial and online teams across multiple countries and channels. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused position where coordination, accuracy and ownership are essential.
Your role
* As Sales Support Specialist E‑commerce, you manage product data such as pricing, content and images across various e‑commerce platforms. You safeguard catalogue quality and ensure all data complies with HG brand and content standards.
* You actively monitor product listings and resolve issues such as inactive items, suppressed listings or content errors. You also support the execution of promotions and campaigns, ensuring they go live correctly and according to planning. Working closely with internal teams, you coordinate the timely delivery of all required product and campaign information.
* In addition, you act as an operational point of contact for e‑commerce platforms and commercial partners. You support order flows, stock updates and issue resolution related to online sales channels, while maintaining accurate administration and reporting to support commercial decision‑making.
* You work within the E‑commerce team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, HQ and local country teams. You report directly to the Key Account Manager E‑commerce.

* A gross monthly salary between £2.354,34 and £2.942,92, depending on experience
* An annual on‑target bonus of 7.5% of your gross annual salary

What you bring
* Relevant further or higher education, preferably in a commercial, administrative or business‑related field
* Experience in an administrative, sales support or e‑commerce support role (an advantage)
* Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
* Confidence working with Excel and digital systems; experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon is a plus
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably
* A service‑oriented mindset with clear and professional communication skills
* Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus
