Waterstream is a premium luxury brand with a growing in-house marketing team. As we continue to expand our digital activity, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support performance, content and optimisation across key digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their digital marketing career — either with a couple of years’ experience or a strong graduate with clear potential — who is keen to develop their skills within a high-quality, brand-led environment.

The Digital Marketing Executive role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support activity across PPC, SEO and content, helping to improve performance, refine messaging and strengthen Waterstream’s online presence. The role is primarily office-based, with some hybrid flexibility once established.
Key responsibilities:
Support PPC and SEO activity, including keyword research, optimisation and performance monitoring
Assist with content creation and optimisation for websites, landing pages and ads
Adapt and refine copy to improve engagement and conversion
Monitor campaign and website performance using analytics tools and suggest practical improvements
Support monthly reporting and help identify opportunities for testing and optimisation
Collaborate with writers, designers and developers to ensure digital activity reflects Waterstream’s premium positioning
Tools & platforms:
Google Analytics and Google Search Console
SEMrush or Ahrefs
Google Ads
CRM, automation and design platforms
Skills & experience:
Early experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to PPC, SEO or content
Around 2–3 years’ experience preferred, though strong graduates will be considered
Analytical and organised, with an interest in digital performance and optimisation
Confident learning new tools and systems
A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute ideas

Clear, useful reporting that supports decision-making
Visible learning and development through testing and experimentation
Strong collaboration and a proactive contribution to the wider team
