About the Role
In this exciting position, you will:
* Collaborate with a talented team of chefs to serve a diverse range of dishes across our buffet venues.
* Work closely with a Junior Kitchen Manager, overseeing and guiding small teams of commis chefs to ensure top-notch quality.
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes according to set recipes and brand standards.
* Adhere to our Food Safety Management System, maintaining compliance and excellence in every dish.
About You

* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
* Leadership: A knack for leading and inspiring a team.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to keep our buffet venue running smoothly during busy periods.
* Qualifications: A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable.
