Account Representative – Strategic Accounts (Path to Account Manager)
Start by managing 30+ high-value ecommerce accounts. Build the playbook. Grow into Account Manager as you prove the model.
The role:
You'll start as our first Account Representative, managing relationships with 30–40 strategic accounts (fashion brands, retailers, and creative teams spending £5k–£50k+ annually on photo editing services). Your focus: protecting revenue through proactive account management and identifying growth opportunities. Strong performers will be promoted to Account Manager within 12–18 months.
You're ideal if you have:
* 2–3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or agency client services
* Experience with ecommerce brands, SaaS, agencies, or creative services (any combination)
* A track record of keeping customers happy and finding growth opportunities
* Strong relationship-building skills and commercial instincts
* Ambition to grow into a strategic Account Manager role

What you'll do:
* Own day-to-day relationships for 30–40 strategic accounts
* Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly account reviews
* Monitor account health and flag churn risks early
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service range
* Build repeatable processes, templates, and success playbooks
* Work closely with our AM advisor to develop your skills
* Prove the model and grow into full Account Manager responsibilities
Career progression:
Account Representative (You are here) → Manage 30–40 accounts, build foundations, develop AM skills
Account Manager (12–18 months) → Own 60+ accounts, lead strategic planning, manage larger deals
Senior Account Manager (24–36 months) → Portfolio of £500k+, mentor junior team members, shape strategy
