Connaught Education is working with a prestigious and successful independent school for girls to appoint a Biology Teacher from September 2025. The position in question is a 12-month maternity cover contract, it is 0.8 of a full-time role.
This historic girl's school dates to 1874, and has a rich history, providing an exceptional level of education to girls between the ages of 3-18. The school benefits from outstanding facilities across its 20-acre campus. The science department is large and continually growing, with all sciences forming a key part of the school's academic excellence.
The appointed Biology Teacher will be required to work with girls from KS3-5, forming a key part of the department to deliver strong examination results. The successful applicant will be an appropriately qualified teacher with experience in delivering Biology to GCSE and A-Level, as well as an ability to engender a passion for learning in their pupils.
