The Interim HR Advisor manage the advisory activity within the business and escalate matters accordingly within the team. You will work closely with the HRBP on all HR matters as well as building strong relationships with line managers across all areas of the organisation. Description The interim HR Advisor will: Work alongside the HRBP & HR Manager to drive the alignment and execution of the People Strategies & Plans in order to develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long-term business needs. Support and drive initiatives - ensure the culture and working environment is open, fair and equitable promoting an environment of open communication. Support and coach line managers in the implementation of core people processes - e.g., absence management, performance Management, disciplinary, grievance etc. Prepare training materials and arrange and deliver training/coaching for Line Managers Support the induction and on-boarding programme of new starters Manage the planning of development/training activities to suit the business needs alongside the Training Manager Responsible for managing ER cases from dismissal through to appeal and work with the HRBP & HRM on complex cases.
