Job Advert: Trainee Care Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Hybrid (One week in-office, one week remote)
Working Days & Hours: Monday and Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking a passionate and organized Trainee Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or someone with experience in Health and Social Care who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
* Manage and support a team of carers.
* Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
* Know how to use: Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
* Promote the business through events, workshops, and social media.
* Step in to cover shifts when carers cancel last minute.
* Book venues and organize training sessions for staff.
* Work collaboratively with management to ensure smooth operations.
