Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Blackpool on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Trainee Property Manager working for Reeds Rains, you will receive:
* Professional training and development
* £19,000 plus commission
Responsibilities include:
1. Assessing and resolving maintenance issues by urgency and importance.
2. Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
3. Conducting and analyzing property inspection reports and liaising with landlords to provide relevant advice.
4. Booking checkouts, analyzing reports, and processing documentation in line with company procedures.
5. Managing end of tenancy returns for a managed client portfolio.
6. Negotiating dilapidation compensation for landlords.
7. Checking invoices received against work orders and arranging payment to contractors.
8. Managing the tenancy renewal process for landlords and tenants.
9. Monitoring rent arrears, chasing payments, and updating landlords promptly.
10. Preparing and serving legal notices.
11. Ensuring deposit returns are managed within a 10-14 day turnaround, resolving issues between parties.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good personal presentation and conduct
* Proficiency in IT
* Strong general administration and organizational skills
* Ability to build effective relationships within the internal network and with customers
* Good problem-solving skills
