The Role We're on the lookout for a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11. Your key responsibilities will include: Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and confidence Assisting with lesson preparation and resource creation Supporting classroom management and positive behaviour strategies Helping nurture pupils' emotional well‑being and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment About You You hold (or are about to complete) a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or a related field or a none education based degree with experience working with children. You're eager, reliable, and dedicated to improving lives through education You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with initiative, adaptable to varied classroom needs Ideally, you've worked with children-whether through volunteering, paid roles, tutoring, or during your degree.
