ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer (Epicor)Remote (UK-based) + International Travel to Germany£60,000 – £70,000
We’re partnering with a client to hire an ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation programme across Germany and the UK.This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations, starting with a major Epicor rollout in Germany, followed by future UK projects.If you enjoy working across the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery through to post-go-live support — and want to make a tangible impact in an international environment, this role offers real scope and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support full ERP implementation lifecycle (discovery design deployment support)
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
* Act as the key on-the-ground technical lead for ERP delivery alongside external consultants and US-based teams
* Support system configuration, testing, and rollout activities
* Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
* Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
* Help shape best practices and implementation approaches across multiple projects
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end
* Hands-on approach — not just project management
* Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain etc.)
* Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
* Ability to estimate effort, timelines, and delivery risks
Desirable (but not essential):
* Epicor ERP experience (highly advantageous)
* Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
* German language skills (particularly valuable for UK-based candidates)
