About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant… 10‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll take ownership of your desk…
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an ambassador for the business, delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients
* Develop and grow your recruitment desk, analysing, monitoring, and delivering against KPIs
* Track market trends and translate insights into a clear market plan for your desk
* Meet clients face‑to‑face to identify opportunities and fully qualify role requirements
* Implement creative and effective marketing strategies to attract high‑calibre candidates
* Source, engage, and manage candidates, coaching them through the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate candidate and client records on the Connect portal
* Ensure compliance with all legislation and company standards
* Collaborate with the wider team and actively contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture
