Job Description
Company Secretarial AssistantLondonRole
3. Assisting with the organisation and preparation of Board and Committee meetings.
4. Preparing and distributing Board packs and meeting agendas.
5. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
6. Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
7. Liaising with Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors
8. Managing Diligent
9. Assist in the preparation of the Directors' Report and Strategic Review for inclusion in the annual report and accounts of relevant companies
10. Acting as the coordinator of the Group's CSR activities

11. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
12. Demonstrable experience in a Secretariat
13. Excellent minute taking skills
14. Strong working knowledge of Companies Act 2006 and UK Corporate Governance code
