About the role - Agency Staff Become a SEND / SEMH Learning Support Assistant! No previous experience or qualifications necessary, just a love for helping others! If you are applying as someone with no education setting experience, we will fund your online training courses in SEND, Behaviour Management, Challenging Behaviours and Safeguarding and Introduction into becoming a Teaching Assistant. As agency staff, you will be working at a mix of SEN schools, ranging from ASC, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviours, Learning Difficulties and PMLD. Please note, this is not a permanent position.
