Offer description

About the role

The Quality Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused quality and continuous process improvements across the site, with a particular emphasis on products that have completed the NPI process. This role will act as a key advocate of the Site Quality Management System, participating in internal audits, reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures, and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. A major focus will be on fostering a culture of standardisation and process excellence across all site operations. By leveraging data from Right First Time analyses, raw material trends, and process performance metrics, the Process Engineer will proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and product performance - from chemical raw materials through to packaging components. In addition, the Process Engineer will act as deputy to the Quality Manager, assuming full responsibilities in their absence.
