The Welfare Officer will be based at hotels which the government will be using exclusively for Service Users. The Welfare Officer will be the point of contact between the hotel and the Service Users within the designated premises.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work with multiple external agencies
* Ability to multitask
* Deal with difficult situations and always maintain a professional approach
* Available to work on weekends
* Must be IT literate - word, excel, outlook etc
* Immediate Starts
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable Requirements:
* Current Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate
* Enhanced DBS or willing to apply for it
* Previous experience in a customer facing MANAGEMENT role
* Ideal candidates will come from the support/care industry
