An exciting opportunity has arisen within the WCCS Directorate for a dynamic and motivated individual based in the Directorate Office, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
Position
Personal Secretary/Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the WCCS Directorate.
* Manage paper and electronic files, maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinate and organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
* Handle correspondence and liaise with staff and external stakeholders.
* Assist with project coordination and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven secretarial and administrative experience.
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Detail‑focused with a strong sense of confidentiality.
* Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible and adaptable.
Work Details
Part‑time, pro rata salary; post base at Victoria Hospital with occasional work across other sites. The Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week from 1/4/2026, with part‑time hours adjusted pro‑rata.
