The role focuses on compliance, cost control, and ensuring fleet operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation using fleet management systems Manage insurance, road tax, MOTs, servicing Monitor vehicle usage, fuel cards, mileage, and maintenance Liaise with leasing providers, insurers, and garages Ensure legal compliance and timely contract renewals Coordinate replacement vehicles and off-road reporting Support cost control and budgeting Essential: Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems Understanding of vehicle compliance requirements Full UK driving licence Apply today!
