My client is a leading Financial Services company based in West Kent and are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join them
Duties Include:
* Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers facing financial difficulties, finding appropriate payment solutions for missed payments
* Process card payments and establish payment plans, collaborating with the other specialist teams to support customers
* Show compassion and understanding towards customers in vulnerable situations ensuring they are managed appropriately
* Meet and maintain all performance and productivity targets
* Coordinate with other operational departments involved in the customer journey to ensure a positive outcome at every stage
The ideal candidate must have/be:
* Excellent customer service skills and awareness of the importance of the customer
* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and good work ethic
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish effective working relationships at all levels
* Competent in MS Office
Note: Due to the companies remote location, it is ideal for candidates to drive as there is a lack of public transport
