On-Site Shift Co-ordinator – Parcel Sorting Centre (Atherstone)
13:30pm – 22:30 shift / £14.50 per hour

We’re on the lookout for dynamic, people-driven On-Site Co-ordinators to lead teams through the festive peak at our Atherstone Parcel Sorting Centre. What You’ll Be Doing -
* Being the go-to person on site, making sure worker numbers match the demand – no parcel left behind!
* Oversee workforce management including time & attendance, PPE compliance, staff welfare, and ensuring shift numbers are met
* Planning and managing shift patterns across a busy 7-day operation.
* Building rock-solid relationships with site management – you’ll be their trusted partner.
* Joining daily client calls to share updates and tackle last-minute changes.
* Driving quick-fire solutions in a high-energy environment.
* Leading, coaching, and motivating your on-site team to smash KPIs and fulfilment targets.
* Keeping payroll on track by ensuring all hours are logged and authorised correctly.
What We’re Looking For -
* Proven experience managing recruitment on-site (logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a big plus).
* A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Organised, solutions-focused, and ready to think on your feet.
* A natural people person who can inspire and manage teams in a high-pressure environment.
* Comfortable with CRMs, trackers, and scheduling software – or quick to pick them up.
* Flexibility to roll with the demands of a 24/7 operation.
