We are looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive lunchtime team. About the Role Lunchtime is an important part of the school day. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to: Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime, both in the dining hall and on the playground Help create a calm, safe and inclusive lunchtime environment where all children feel supported Encourage positive behaviour, cooperation and respectful play Support children with a range of needs, including those who may require extra reassurance or guidance Assist with first aid where required The Successful Candidate Will: Enjoy working with children and understand the importance of positive relationships Be patient, caring and calm, particularly when supporting children with additional or individual needs Work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a shared approach Be reliable, flexible and willing to take responsibility Share and promote the Christian values and ethos of the school We Can Offer: Happy, friendly children who enjoy school A welcoming and supportive lunchtime and wider staff team Clear expectations and guidance The opportunity to play a valued role in the daily life of the school Employment within the Mid‑Trent Multi Academy Trust, offering wider professional support The closing date for applications is: 12pm 5 th June 2026, interviews week commencing 8 th June.
