This full-time, permanent opportunity for a Multidisciplinary Designer is located 15 minutes outside of Cheltenham. The Role
They are seeking a Multidisciplinary Designer to join their Communications team and help animate their brand. You will collaborate with one other Designer and report to the Communications Manager, enjoying a team-oriented, creative, and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching social media posts, corporate videos, polished brochures, and brand assets—content that communicates directly with internal and external audiences. This role emphasizes storytelling, consistency, and impact, playing a key part in shaping how the business communicates its mission, values, and services across multiple channels to elevate the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver digital and print content such as brochures, posters, social graphics, email banners, newsletters, and presentations (60%)
* Capture and edit photography (10%) and video content (including internal updates and event footage) (30%)
* Maintain internal media libraries and website content aligned with brand identity
* Liaise with printers, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure high-quality production
* Support stakeholders with creative briefs and independently bring ideas to life
* Engage with internal teams, lead projects, and ensure your voice is heard
Qualifications and Skills
* A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital, video, and print media
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Video editing skills using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
* Confidence in photography and filming (green room available)
* Strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a quality portfolio are equally valued.
