Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional PA to support a busy and fast-paced property team. This is an urgent requirement and an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a varied role. The position will involve providing PA support, assisting with the preparation of property particulars, managing correspondence and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and supporting the team’s wider activities. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality PA and secretarial support to the team Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner Diary management and appointment scheduling Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required Experience and Skills Requirements Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role (ideally within property or professional services) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Confident in dealing with clients and external contacts Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
